Jonathan Bahnuik practices primarily in the areas of corporate, commercial and oil and gas law. Mr. Bahnuik is experienced in assisting clients in drafting and negotiating asset and share purchase agreements, related corporate/commercial documents and industry specific agreements. Mr. Bahnuik has also prepared numerous title, historical title and drilling opinions.

A native Calgarian, Mr. Bahnuik obtained Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and History at the University of Calgary before heading east to Dalhousie University to complete his Bachelor of Laws. Graduating in 2002, Mr. Bahnuik returned to Calgary to work with a major oil and gas corporation in their land and legal departments. Mr. Bahnuik was admitted to the Alberta bar in 2004 and joined Burstall Winger in March of 2005.
