Brent Cage practices in the area of corporate and securities law. He advises both public and private companies in all areas of securities financings including private placements and public offerings and in all dealings with regulators including stock exchanges and securities commissions. His practice also involves general commercial law including acquisitions, dispositions and amalgamations. Mr. Cage joined Burstall Winger in 2003.

Mr. Cage is a member of the Canadian Bar Association.
