John practices primarily in the area of corporate and securities law. He acts for both issuers and underwriters in respect of initial public offerings, secondary financing, mergers and acquisitions, and all dealings with regulators including stock exchanges and securities commissions. Furthermore, his practice involves asset acquisitions, dispositions and general commercial law matters.

John received his Bachelor of Arts (Political Science) from the University of Alberta in 2003 and received his Bachelor of Laws in 2007 from the University of Western Ontario. Prior to joining Burstall Winger LLP, John worked in Calgary with a national law firm.

Mr. Davidson is a member of the Law Society of Alberta and the Canadian Bar Association.
