Patrick Donnelly practices primarily in the area of corporate and securities law. He acts for both underwriters and issuers in respect of initial public offerings, secondary financing, mergers and acquisitions, and all dealings with regulators including stock exchanges and securities commissions.

Mr. Donnelly received a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture Business from the University of Alberta in 1996, and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Western Ontario in 2000. He was called to the Alberta Bar in 2001. Mr. Donnelly joined Burstall Winger as an associate in 2006.
