Gregory Imlah practices primarily in the area of securities law. He acts for both underwriters and issuers in respect of initial public offerings, secondary financing, mergers and acquisitions, and all dealings with regulators including stock exchanges and securities commissions.

Mr. Imlah received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University in 2001 and a Juris Doctor / M.B.A. from the University of Toronto in 2005. He was called to the Alberta Bar in 2006. Mr. Imlah joined Burstall Winger as an associate in 2007.

Mr. Imlah is a member of the Securities Law subsection of the Canadian Bar Association.
