Jarrod Isfeld practices primarily in the area of corporate and securities law. He acts for both underwriters and issuers in respect of initial public offerings, secondary financing, mergers and acquisitions, and all dealings with regulators including stock exchanges and securities commissions. In addition, his practice involves asset acquisitions, dispositions and general commercial law.

Mr. Isfeld received a Bachelor of Arts (Economics) from Hitotsubashi University of Tokyo, Japan in 1996 and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of British Columbia in 1999. He was called to the Alberta Bar in 2001. Mr. Isfeld joined Burstall Winger as an associate in 2000 and became a partner in 2006.

Mr. Isfeld is a member of the Securities Law and Business Law subsections of the Canadian Bar Association.
