Vance Langford practices corporate and commercial law focusing on the energy and technology sectors. He also leads a specialized business immigration law practice.

Mr. Langford advises clients on optimal business structures, corporate governance, financing, reorganizations and commercial agreements such as joint ventures, licensing and distribution arrangements. He has significant experience negotiating and documenting acquisitions, divestitures and other business transactions, particularly involving multiple jurisdictions and competition, trade and investment laws.

Mr. Langford advises and represents business immigration clients involved in foreign investment, technology transfer and essential skills requirements. He works effectively with agent counsel in other jurisdictions to represent clients requiring visas for business and family relocation in the NAFTA region and globally.
