Kevin Plowman practices primarily in the area of banking, commercial and intellectual property law. He acts for both borrowers and lenders with respect to financings. In addition, his practice involves asset acquisitions, dispositions and general commercial law. He is a Trade-mark Agent and practices generally in the areas of Trade-mark and Copyright Law.

Mr. Plowman received his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Manitoba in 1991. He articled in Winnipeg and was called to the Bar in Manitoba in June of 1992. He continued to practice in Manitoba principally in the area of commercial law until 1997. Mr. Plowman moved to Calgary in October of 1997 and was called to the Bar in Alberta in June of 1998. He joined Burstall Winger LLP in March of 1999.

Mr. Plowman is a member of the Commercial Real Estate, Business, and Intellectual Property Law subsections of the Canadian Bar Association. He is, and has been, involved in a number volunteer organizations. Mr. Plowman has participated in numerous seminar panels discussing commercial, intellectual property and banking law issues.
