Stacey Burstall practices primarily in the area of corporate and securities law. She advises publicly traded issuers and privately held companies on a range of corporate and securities matters including financings, mergers and acquisitions, asset and share arrangements and general corporate matters with a specialization in energy and technology. Specifically, Stacey has been involved in assisting capital pool companies in completing their qualifying transactions, reverse takeover bids, reorganizations and numerous private placement financings for companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange and the Toronto Stock Exchange.

Mrs. Burstall received a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Victoria and was called to the Alberta Bar in 2002.

Mrs. Burstall has professional affiliations with the Law Society of Alberta, the Canadian Bar Association and the Calgary Bar Association.
