Sabina Shah practices primarily in the area of corporate and securities law. She acts for both underwriters and issuers in respect of initial public offerings, secondary financing, mergers and acquisitions, and all dealings with regulators including stock exchanges and securities commissions. In addition, his practice involves asset acquisitions, dispositions and general commercial law.

Ms. Shah received her Bachelor of Laws from the University of Ottawa in 2002. Prior to her law degree she studied Political Science and International Development at McGill University. She was called to the Alberta Bar in 2003. Ms. Shah joined Burstall Winger as an associate in 2005.

Ms. Shah has professional affiliations with the Law Society of Alberta, the Canadian Bar Association and the Calgary Bar Association.
