Keith Templeton practices business law, primarily in the energy and commercial areas. Mr. Templeton is our senior oil and gas lawyer and acts for several energy firms, both public and private, including large multi-nationals, in both domestic and cross border energy transactions. He has extensive experience in transactions related to the energy industry, including the acquisition, disposition and operation of energy assets as well as joint venture and corporate finance matters. Mr. Templeton serves on the boards of both public and private entities as well as being the corporate secretary for several corporations. Mr. Templeton is a member of the bars of Alberta, Saskatchewan and the North West Territories.

Mr. Templeton received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Calgary in 1984 and a Bachelor of Laws from Dalhousie University in 1987.
